THE WHO I AM PROJECT

a confidence-building photo experience just for tweens

Welcome to the Who Am I Project

Where a photo session is just the beginning.

AS A PARENT, YOU STRUGGLE WATCHING YOUR CHILD LIVE THROUGH THINGS YOU WISH YOU COULD MAGICALLY MAKE DISAPPEAR…

Self-esteem can be developed or crushed in an instant, WITH A SINGLE WORD, especially in those preteen + early teen years. As we all know too well, this is a notoriously rough age, and we all have “survival” stories of our own.

There’s no easy solution. But if a photo is worth a thousand words, imagine a child’s self esteem when they see photos of themselves all over their home. It has been scientifically proven that strategically placed family photos are the perfect way to reinforce a child’s self image and self confidence. Allowing them to see themselves through the eyes of the ones they love, creates a security and sence of belonging.

Come be a part of Volume I –

The inBe.Tween

What: The WHO AM I Project is designed to allow tweens to truly showcase who they are NOW as they continue to become who they will be. There’s no right or wrong. We want to celebrate tweens at this time in their life when everything is changing and show them how they are valued at home and in their community.

The “Who I Am” project will celebrate those special characteristics that make your child one of a kind, and will tell the story of who they are – not just what they do. Do they love to draw? Do they love to read? Play sport; volunteer; cook. Plant in the garden; online game, knit? Rollerblade, magic tricks, read. Let’s celebrate all of this!

Who: Children aged 11-14

When: Between now and August 31st, 2023

Why: Because today’s generation of inbtween youth are more than the overgeneralized reputation they have branded on them. They are AMAZING and need to be reminded they are perfect just as they are.

Come be a part of our Coffee Table Book and celebrate the inBe.Tween.

We are looking for children aged between 11-14 to appear in our limited edition, hard-cover coffee table book titled, “Who I Am – the inBe.Tween”, our first coffee table book fundraiser to benefit Bacon Street Youth and Family Services.
