Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Debbie Leanne Portraits, every session is thoughtfully planned and reserved exclusively for you. Because of the time, preparation, and staffing involved, the following policies apply.
Session Fees & Retainers
All session fees and retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment secures your session date, studio time, creative preparation, and our team’s availability for that date specifically.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, a rescheduling fee of $250 will apply, regardless of notice period. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
Cancellations
If a session is cancelled for any reason, the session retainer is forfeited. A new session fee will be required to book a future date.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
Cancellations of the scheduled session time, or failure to attend the session, will result in the forfeiture of the session fee/retainer. Any future booking will require a new session fee.
Illness & Emergencies
In the case of serious illness or unforeseen emergency, clients must notify the studio as soon as possible. These situations may be reviewed at the Studio’s discretion.
Hair & Makeup Services
If professional hair and makeup services are included or contracted on the client’s behalf, any cancellation or reschedule will result in forfeiture of those services and a $250 artist fee will be applied to the new session date and time, as our artists are booked exclusively for our clients and turn away other work to reserve this time.
Payment Plans
All payment plans must remain current regardless of cancellation or rescheduling, as they are tied to services and products reserved in advance.
