Cancellations:

More than 7 days before your session: Your retainer is nonrefundable. You may cancel your session and forfeit your retainer, or choose to reschedule for a future date (subject to availability). The retainer can be applied to your new session, and no additional fees will be charged.
Less than 7 days before your session: The retainer is nonrefundable. If you wish to rebook, you will need to pay the full session fee.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your appointment. A $100 rebooking fee will apply to secure your new date.
Rescheduling within 7 days of your session will result in the loss of the nonrefundable retainer, and a new session fee will apply.
