It’s a new beginning…are you ready?

Welcome to my website, welcome to my blog, welcome to my life, welcome to taking a journey with me.

We are going to take a journey together and I could not be more excited. For the last two years, I have been planning, dreaming and wondering what would happen when I finally took the big step to start my own photography website. I cannot put into words how exciting this moment is. I am pursuing my dream, and you are coming with me. This has been a long time coming, and NOW? Now, it is here.

I have had so much help, support and made some absolute God-designed appointments on the road to this day. My husband and children have given me the grace of time. They have allowed me the opportunity to learn, train, and pursue my dream. And I would definitely not be where I am today, if it weren’t for Alyssa Turner. I still remember the first conversation we had when I met her at our local Starbucks (after I practically stalked her…joking!) I swear, she had her husband make one of those “save me” phone calls…although she completely denies any of it. The excitement and awe I felt over getting to work with her was indescribable. She allowed me to tag along, ask questions, learn, and ultimately, begin to dream…not to mention, become one of her best friends. I have loved and hated and been afraid and found my confidence all at the same time.

More than anything, I have had time to figure out where I fit. What do I have to offer the world of photography that someone else is not giving? Where do I belong? My niche.

I am so excited that it has all fallen into place. I have the privilege of coming into your homes, and capturing your lives. I get to make art for your home, and you are the subject. From pastimes to matching outfits, holidays to sweet moments, we will make sure that your home is a beautiful expression of your family. I can’t wait to meet my new friends, celebrate with my present friends, and take this trip with you.
